Requirements

  • An active Bitrix account to integrate with 3CTEL.
  • A 3CTEL account to integrate with Bitrix.
  • API key from 3CTEL to enable the integration.
  • 3CTEL module in Bitrix to enable the integration.
  • Ensure that both Bitrix and 3CX have HTTPS connections to enable secure data transfer.
  • User account used to connect Bitrix and 3CTEL has the necessary permissions to access data in both platforms.

Inbound/outbound calls from/to external numbers trigger a CRM contact lookup to add to 3CTEL Contacts, so the contact name is automatically shown on your phone’s display when dealing with a call.

Call Pop-ups 

When using the 3CTEL Web Client or Desktop App, the customer record is brought up to you automatically when you receive an inbound call.

Calls are logged as CRM call records
