Requirements

    • The integration is supported in Vtiger version 7.1 and above.
    • Vtiger requires a web server to run, such as Apache or Nginx. The web server must be configured to run PHP and have the appropriate extensions installed.
    • A valid SSL certificate is required for secure communication between 3CTEL and Vtiger.
    • The firewall settings must be configured to allow communication between 3CTEL and Vtiger.
    • The API access must be enabled and configured.
  • The integration requires administrator access to Vtiger to configure the settings and ensure smooth functioning.
